Very Little big planet for vita
Alright I haven't written a review in a while so let’s get this party started with a review of little big planet for PS Vita. If you love little big planet then this game will mostly not disappoint you. I say this because it’s a very watered down lbp. All the things you love are there......but there are less of them. The costume options you have for your sack person is very limited and the same goes for creation mode. If creation mode isn't your thing then you’re in luck because it feels just the same, with some new touch screen controls which added some good flavor to the levels and the boss fights. This is a typical sackboy adventure and I personally loved it.
It is time for the grading system. This game earned a rent. It’s not a bad game but you can blow through it within a day and the creation mode while fun doesn't match its previous titles with the robust amount of things you can toy with. If you are a diehard LBP fan it might be worth buying but I wouldn't recommend it. There is little replayability.

Gravity Rush. review
Gravity is one of the launch titles for the playstation vita. Honestly i can see why. it's a very good game. it mixes the always fun anime setting and art with being able to shift gravity which will lead you into testing if you can fall into the sky(you) can.
the gameplay is great. it takes an interesting twist on a hack'n'slash game where theres only a few weak spots on a enemy to target. this can get a little difficult because aiming those spot and then attack can often times be a pain when you miss. when you connect it is very satisfying. the enemies feel easy most of the time and are wiped out quickly.
the story is an interesting one. the main body of the story of gravity rush is descent but the ending didnt feel like a real conclusion, it left me feeling like there was still work to be done.
now onto the grading system. i would rent this game. i loved it i really did, but it was a short game without many options. if you have a internet connection you can pick this game up on ps plus for free. i would recommend that. ttyl gamers.

Mortal Kombat.
Mortal kombat is the newest evolution in the MK franchise. It has a large selection of characters that you can whoop ass with, including Freddy Krueger and Kratos. Now this sounds amazing until you realize that this is just a 3d version of games we have already played. Don’t get me wrong the game looks prettier than it ever has but it just feels tired.
Game play
The combat can be very fast paced and frequently frustrating. The big concern I had while playing was the lack of AI intelligence. The computer will attempt to spam with the same move over and over until it finally catches you off guard with it which means you made a mistake or finger slipped. I found the last fight while challenging was still just a finger out his pattern exploit it and move on. Shao Kahn was easily beat with a combination of a teleportation when he attacks and an uppercut when he was mid attack. Literally if you have the game do that tactic and you will win. It's a standard MK game but it just has the problems the old games had which was lack of style options and the computer is just a dick like it always has been.
StorylineThe Storyline was this games one saving grace. For what the game play lacks the cut scenes compensate for. The story is very interesting and has certain twists and turns that make the cut scenes really good.
Features
The features in this game seem different but all in all it’s still Mortal Kombat. You have a challenge tower which is just a long line of combat scenarios that make the already challenging game even more frustrating. I think that midway needs to get back in the saddle and create another game like Deception and even Shoalin Monks.
Other features include the standard ladder fighting, Story mode, Training, and something new to the series which is tag team fighting. The Results
I am a gamer who likes a certain amount of quality in my games and even the silliest game can be amazing if it’s done right. Now MK is just a game that has been done many times in a variety of ways but you should never go backwards in developing especially when you have already done something that out shined the previous installments. So as to whether I would borrow rent or buy I would say that this game isn't worth the money I would have to say borrow it. It is a fun game the first time through but after it's beaten it gets old in a hurry.
With all that said I would like to give my apologies for being so harsh. Mortal Kombat is a well established gaming franchise that I love and I’m only being hard because this is something that we as consumer should not have to put up with. I can understanding high prices for games but when there is a high price on a game that isn't worth it I feel it's an unacceptable money siphons that has no place draining our precious moolah out of our wallets.

Need for speed most wanted Vita(ps3)
Alright fan boys its time to put the fingerless gloves and dive into another white knuckled arcade racer. Need For Speed Most wanted is the new EA/Criterion game based in the city of Fairhaven. This Game shares some features of its PS2 counterpart but be warned this is not the same game.
Now as to whether to Barrow Rent or Buy i would say its definately a Rent. If your a die hard nfs fan i would buy because its a good game thats worth more then previous installments in the series.
Gamer tag- PS3 Ferouciousnoodle.
I haven't been this psyched about the Need for Speed series in a while in fact i haven't touched one of their Games since the Pro Street failure. I know i am being very synical but i have good reason i was a fan of the underground series and the old Most Wanted and Carbon but their series went down hill in a hurry. Thank god someone in that company understands what consumers want.
Now This title is a good instalment in the series. Its not what i expected from the start. I was crossing my fingers for a clone of the blacklist drivers to race against you. I was a little disapointed with the menus too. The only other problem i have is that the distance objects dont disguish themselves quick enough and it leads to alot of wrecks.
With that said i really like this game and with those three problems i can actually say the good parts of the game actually outway the bad parts. This installment of the series has made available nearly all of the cars at the starting of the game all you have to do is hunt them down. The handling of said cars is superb. Drifting has become a really easy task (thank god). Now you can Slide past any cop in style. Speaking of cops they have had a major upgrade. while most cops cant keep up with you there is trouble when they do because they will tear you up whether its a spike strip or slaming you into a wall.
The other feature worth noting is that any friends that have this game have in game records that you can break for me there is this guy that lives within a mile of me and i will not rest until i have every record out of reach of his fingers. This comes in the form jumps with billboards on the end but once you smash through there is a distance record that you can earn. you cant try as many times as you like. The other records you can break is having the fastest speed at a speed trap or having the most speed points (this is earned by everything you do) or just clearing a race faster then your friends.
The online multiplayer is a bit off i think, but i find it fun. You race to meeting spot and wait for other players to come but its not a long wait. Then a random race will start up which is a point a to b race or a circut race or even scoring the most points. Its the best but its deffinately not something to look over because it is fun.
Now as to whether to Barrow Rent or Buy i would say its definately a Rent. If your a die hard nfs fan i would buy because its a good game thats worth more then previous installments in the series.

Old but Good. Final Fantasy Dissidia Duodecim.
This game has been a favorite of mine for a long time. in my opinion this game has been terribly underated and almost completely over looked. If you liked the advent children then would enjoy flying around the sky attacking adversaries from other final fantasies.
Ff has taken on a new form. You have a brand new roster of characters, its some where in the neihborhood of 30 playable characters each with their own attacks. You favorite protagonist and antagonist from the series to clash cinematicaly with foes of your choosing. If you like customization there are a large selection of armor weapons to boost your characters into oblivion. Each character can be leveled to 100. Yeah thats right not 99 but 100. On top of the you can take our any level character with a level 1 character. Its not easy to take out some who is significantly tougher than you but its not impossible.
For a game that waa made for psp it looks amazing during cinematics. in game graphics are high end psp graphics.
The gameplay is solid and has the ability to have great depth. Attacks look beautiful and character styles are quite diverse and with all the equipment it adds anoher layer of tactics to think about.
This time there is a creation mode where you can create a quest. The options seem limited.
Now its time for my favorite part of a review barrow rent or buy. If your a fan of ff and hybrid versus games the i would buy it. If you want to try something new definately rent because you will end up buying it later

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel.
While perusing through the lastest Game informer I happened upon a article about co-op games and where they were going. I happen to believe that you put your strongest player first and thats just what they did in this article. Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel was at the forefront. When I read the article I found out that Rios and Salem were taking a back seat to the new characters playing the lead roles. What I gathered from Game Informer was that the main characters of the previous two titles will be doing back up.
Also another major feature that internet had been buzzing about was false and there will be no four player co-op. Sorry to break your hearts but thats the grizzly truth.
The new characters are only refered to as Alpha and Bravo. Alpha is all about military precision and Bravo uses fast reactions and pure talent to stay alive during a firefight.
The new co-op games on the horizon that Game Informer either detailed or gave a few words to describe was(I'm only going to post about my favorites) Borderlands 2, Halo 4, Far Cry 3, Resident Evil 6, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and last but not least Dead Space 3(everything but borderlands was the only thing with an extensive article).
Starting with my favorite upcoming game Borederlands 2. This title still has its nerrotic sense of humor and bazillion guns, but what it has over its predecessor is that there are more explosions. something that i think might be a little more cumbersome are the livelier cities. What I gather about the article is that you go around talking to the people in the towns and gather many side quests from them. The only thing i can complain about is that it might be hard to remember which quests going to which person. If thats the only thing I can complain about i think Gear Box is going to be sending one hell of a game to us. The article also outline that enemies tend to level up in a firefight or even evovle while tucked away in their own little corners so the can give you an ass kicking when you least expect in(thanks Gear Box I will be sure to send muffins your way for that).
